Outstanding Pattern Order

As of today, the status still says "processing". I have reached out to one Moderator to check the status of my order and no response. Is there any other Moderator who might give me the status? Thank you.

You will be taken to another page where you can scroll down to three options for your query -- the third concerns ordering from PR. Click on that link to email your question to the PR support staff.
