How about
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=mc+hammer+pants+pattern
or
http://www.ehow.com/how_5088980_make-mc-hammer-pants.html

You may want to search for MC Hammer pants or Hammer pants or Simplicity 5538 (although it looks like Simplicity issued several different patterns of these pants throughout the years).

Also try zouve and sarouelles. Folkwear Patterns has several designs but I'm not sure they are what you want.

This http://kwiksew.mccall.com/k3701-products-20236.php?page_id=3040&search_control=display&list=search looks close enough to what I need, but this pattern is made for woven fabric. I want to use knit. And I'll have to change bottom of the legs for tight fit and remove drawstring. I'll keep looking, maybe I'll find exactly what I need

I like her videos. It look so easy when she is showing, but I'm afraid to do it without pattern

You can use a knit fabric with a pattern designed for wovens, though the other way around (woven with a pattern for knits) is not a good idea. Depending on the stretchiness of your knit, you could simply go down a size or so in width. The woven fabric pattern will have ease built in for movement that you may not need with the knit fabric because the knit will stretch. Check the flat pattern measurements against your own. Also, construction can usually be simplified with the knit, so you could skip steps like seam finishing because a knit won't ravel.
Good Luck!

Vogue's brand new patterns include a pant by Sandra Betzina that might be what you're looking for: Vogue 1307: http://voguepatterns.mccall.com/v1307-products-22881.php?page_id=852. The band at the ankle could be made smaller to make the legs "poof" a bit more...
