I was hoping someone with this pattern in their stash would be able to confirm this for you but it appears not!
I don't have this pattern but I think your assumption that there is one cutting line where there is pleating is probably correct. It would be more common for any sizing adjustments to be done away from the pleating. Sometimes you can tell because the cutting line is drawn slightly thicker than the lines where multiple sizing exists. Are there any finished garment measurements you can use to do a double check on the sizing? Maybe this would give you the final reassurance that you need? HTH

Thanks for your effort to help with this question. I've put it on hold, but I plan to go with the assumption that this particular line was for all sizes. Good idea about the finished measurements. I may give that a look-see.
