Beware of this online sewing machine site

Date: 6/8/12 5:59 PM I ordered a machine, opened the box, noted the damage, and notified the company. No response. I called to check up, thinking that maybe they didn't get my email to customer service. They did, and they said that someone would be contacting me in five days. I had previously called them to say that my invoice showed that they would be including 100 free needles, and they said that was an error. I said that I only expected them because it was printed on the invoice that they sent me. They had no intention of doing anything about that. My research shows me that that is a general business practice that they have adopted. I have ordered thousands of dollars in equipment and notions online and I have NEVER encountered customer service like that. After all of this, I have searched for this website and the word "complaint" and there were hundreds of cases just like mine. So sad. And this website is very well known. That's why I was fooled.
