Date: 6/12/12 8:58 PM After many years of admiring the looks of cathedral window quilts, I have finally decided to tackle one. And, I think I am going to totally piece it by hand just for something new.
Of course, I coudn't choose a small project for my first try at hand piecing, I am hopefully going to end up with a very generous queen size if it goes as planned.
Fabric has been ordered, so now I am really committed to doing this project.
Anyone want to take bets as to how long I will be working on this one? :) |

Date: 6/13/12 1:56 PM What an ambitious project. I have just taken a beginning quilting class and am working on the quilting. I can't even imagine the time it would take to hand piece. I look forward to pictures. |
