one basic pattern for tops tops

The first, # 104, is "The Perfect T-Shirt." It has three types of necklines, the jewel, scoop and "V" and four sleeve lengths, cap, short, 3/4 and long sleeve. An accompanying pattern to this is # 107. It has four additional necklines, ballet, sporty boat neck, square and funnel and also includes two new sleeve styles, the flare and bell sleeves. I've made The Perfect T-Shirt four tmes, but I must admit, all versions are the short-sleeved scoop neck. Since making my first top, the only changes I've made were to shorten it by 1" and shorten the neckband and sew it in the round. You can see my review here.
