This machine has some good reviews but I'm still wonderingI have never owned a Singer ( I'm a (mechanical)Bernina guy) so this maybe my first Singer The price is 399€ - 15% personnel discount = 339€. Should I buy it or not?

Do you like the way it sews? That is the main thing. On Amazon it is $299.95 US price today , 7/2/12. Do you like the way it looks too? And it comes with a full warranty too??? ..... If you've tried the machine and you like what it can do, then go for it. But if you haven't tried it out and you have a list of things you want to be able to do, you might hold out and buy a used machine that has more features. I have a Singer Curvy 8763 which is a lower-end model of this line. It's not bad, but definitely not great either. Of course, it is a cheaper machine than the one you're looking at buying, but I just really prefer my Brother or Janome.
