Compared to the last collections, I am not too excited though I spotted 2-3 cute patterns, e.g. skirt #2, jacket #3, vintage dress 14. Can hardly wait for the rest and for all line drawings ... ------ Happy Sewing! |

Date: 7/3/12 1:29 PM Thaks for posting. Some of my greatest successes have been from Burda envelope patterns. This collection has a few "out there" designs but I see some potential. ------ Barb

If you change the last digit(s) in the 'ID' part of the address - bolded below - , you'll find many more patterns, I'd assume the whole collection.

From ID268217 to ID268428 are pictures, from ID268429 to ID268495 are line drawings.
I see some more promising patterns now ... thanks, Burda! -- Edited on 7/3/12 2:30 PM -- ------ Happy Sewing! |

Date: 7/3/12 6:01 PM So far I'm not too excited either, but there will be probably 40-50 more patterns than this, so no doubt some things that will appeal to many of us. Thanks for posting this! You're almost always the first one to post the Burda envelope pattern scoops.

Date: 7/13/12 6:25 AM They have a whole lot of decades of style, all in that one issue. I see 40's, 50's 60's/70's and more current. Even though everything does come around, again and again.
I think the black with lace bodice two piece dress with the peplum is very stylish and cute, and I like the way that is over the skirt with the folds/pleats there.
I'm also sort of oddly attracted to the 60's/70's look, all in one jumper look dress, with the bib and the low riding skirt and two contrast fabrics, but I think you do have to probably be a teenager or a pretty young adult to even be able to pull that one off. So, I'm very much out on that one. |

Date: 7/13/12 9:01 AM I really like the retro shirtdress pattern with belt and neckline accessories. I've been perusing vintage patterns online recently, looking for something similar to this style in my size, so I'll be excited to get my hands on this one. |
