Date: 7/17/12 0:43 AM What a shock for our whole family.
Our cats always great us on the sidewalk. Tonight was no exception, Patches was on the sidewalk waiting for a rub as I came in. I got the camper keys and was back outside in a minute.
When I came back out he was laying on the sidewalk, which usually means he wants a belly rub. But tonight he was gone.
When I came back inside and told my son, he thought I was joking.
DD is devastated, Patches was her favourite and had been part of her life since she was 4.
He is buried now under the window where he liked to nap. Tomorrow I will take dd to buy some flowers to plant over him. ------ Proud parent of a Dwight International School Honour Roll Student |

Date: 7/17/12 8:27 AM So sad! But thankfully Patches went quickly, rather than lingered. He was well loved! ------ "We don't impose our rhythm on Nature. The key is to respect and live within Her." Jean-Charles Boisset, Winemaker
