I'm wondering if anyone belongs to Vogue Fabrics By Mail- Coordinated Fashion Fabrics Swatch Club? I just signed up for the $5 trial. I thought it was a nice idea to have coordinated fabric swatches sent to me each season -- an their prices look to be very affordable. I'd like to know if you are a member, do you like it? How's their service and products?

I'm in the swatch club - I love it. I don't order a lot of fabric, but these swatches have helped me learn about the different kinds of fabrics and what they could pair with. I've been in the club for @ 3 years. Mostly the fabrics from 3 years ago aren't there any more, but they do generally have them for while after the swatch set is mailed.

I like that they group the fabrics in coordinated sets, and there is a bottomweight and top weight in each group. They also suggest patterns for each fabric, which helps me get a sense of what the fabrics would work for.

I kind of treat the club as a "magazine," in the sense that for me, it's not about shopping, but more about education and entertainment. If I had more time, it would be a different story

I'm a member as well and I too have not ordered fabric often but love looking at the lovely swatches! You get to actually touch and feel the fabric as well as see the true colors, which you don't always get on a computer screen.

The times that I have ordered the fabric, it has been quick delivery.

I think you will really enjoy the club!

I'm also a member. I love the fact that the fabrics are shown in coordinated groups. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Once, I needed buttons for fabric I'd ordered. I called and gave them the item number. They searched their stock, took pictures of the button with the fabric and emailed the picture to me for my approval. You don't often find that level of customer service. I plan to renew my membership when the time comes.

I subscribe and often order from the mailings even though I live in the Chicago area....when I'm in the store I'm overwhelmed, lol! I love the pairings of patterns with fabrics, and to see the coordinated fabrics together is really helpful. You can call the store with questions and talk to a real person who actually sews.

I am not a member yet but plan to be. One of my girlfriends is and I did order twice from them. Once my girlfriend and I ordered together and once I simply ordered from the store some other fabric they had.

In both cases, the order was ordered quickly, the fabric is very nice and priced competitively.

Love this coordinated approach and the fact that I can touch the fabric. When ordering, I check the internet to get a better feel of the overall look, particularly if it is a print.

Thanks everyone. We all seem to be on the same page about this. I think it would be nice to feel the samples and see what they are suggesting as coordinating fabrics. I'm looking forward to seeing what shows up in the mail.

I was a member two or three years ago. it was fun to play with the fabric coordination. I ordered a couple of yards. Customer service was so so then. What I did not like was that back then most of the samples were from polyester and as I live in Florida, that's not a fabric of my choice.
