Any patterns out there similar to Hanna Andersson?

She would like me to make him some PJ pants that are similar in style. Can anyone direct me to patterns like them? ------ I'm fairly new to sewing but I am finding it to be fun and rewarding!

This Kwik Sew pattern is just like them, but the Hannas are a more form fitting, almost like long johns. So go down a size or2 but the keep the length of the real size you need.PJs like Hanna's ------ My grandmother taught me to sew when I was 10, and I've been sewing ever since.
