What to use?

Date: 7/23/12 7:17 PM I have a wedding to go to in early September and I'm in the "What will I wear?" mode. I found a pattern, but I don't know what kind of fabric to use. Burda used taffeta for their sample. I'm paralyzed with indecision. Please help! Silk is a breathable, comfortable standard fabric. You could also use cotton, linen, or even wool, depending on your comfort level.
