I have too many patterns. My patterns are uncut. They are in the Size 8-12 range (some go down to 6, or go up to 14, etc.) I don’t want to sell them. I don’t want to individually list or describe them.

My idea is to put my patterns in a shopping bag and pass them on to one of you in Manhattan. You take what you want, add patterns you want to get rid of, and pass the bag onto the next person.

Is this anything? I could dump them on Freecycle, but it’s a good cache of patterns and I want to get them to someone who will really love them. I just can’t figure out the logistics.

I’m not a paying member of PR. But if you are, I guess you could send me a private message and we’ll figure out where in Manhattan to make the pass after work.

Comments? Idears? Interest?

NYC guys: these are GIRL patterns...

j.

Oooooh! I'm tempted to fly to NYC from San Francisco. Darn it! I was just there a few weeks ago. Sounds like a terrific idea to find loving homes for your pattern stash. Good luck with it.

Drat! If we this was Stardate 43198.7, we'd have a transporter and could do an EARTHWIDE pattern pass...
