Help finding a manual please - Kenmore 30 (model 385.81530) Please help

I have my mom's sewing machine - I'd say it's roughly 10-ish years old (maybe 15?). I cannot find the manual for it, I am not sure that I ever had it. The machine is a "Kenmore 30". The model is 385.81530 The serial is 44001860 We have tried calling Sears and Kenmore, but they say that they cannot find the model number in their databases, and I cannot find it online either. I have found photos of a similar looking machine with model number 385.81524, but again - no manual for it.

Maybe it's just a figment of my imagination ? There is nothing on the "Manage My Life" site for this model machine.
