I have the old system. Loved it & you'll get strong even tho you're standing in a small space. It's an interesting system & like nothing you've ever done. Go to their website, sign up & start asking questions. THere are so many helpful individuals there that can get you started on where to start. Utilize the "search" & you'll find loads of info that has already been discussed. You won't be disappointed. HTH...

Agreed! And my first DVD was too hard for me (at first) and it was an easy exchange for a more appropriate DVD.

My first purchase was the book, worth it.

This is one of the few exercise systems that I've ever kept up with. When I do let it lapse, it is easy to get back into.

WOW! Y'all are a wealth of info and inspiration. I'm going to cruise the other site (thanx for that, NEVER would have thought of that) and have already reserved the book from the library (I'm frugal). Looks like something I might actually do, since the P90X is dusty. and brand new.
