what is this fabric?

Date: 9/7/12 11:16 AM I love this fabric on this dress at Neiman Marcus (see pic below) Here is a link to the dress on the website. It is described as "nylon polyester", but that is kind of vague. It sort of looks like a shiny shantung. Does anyone know what type of fabric it is? Thanks. -- Edited on 9/7/12 11:16 AM --

Net-a-Porter.com provided a better description: it's a multi-colored floral-print taffeta that is 84% nylon, 16% polyester; lining: 100% silk. Here is some similar at Mood.com here and here.
