Muffet and I came across this topic in another thread... and we were hoping to revive a conversation about needle felting machines. There's a Singer one out there at Joann's that goes on sale now and then..... And we know Janome makes one.... So anybody around here been working with one? I used it a lot when I first got it and made book covers for my sketch books. Have to pull the machine out of the closet and play with it again. ------ Kemish

It works very well...just not enough hours in the day Also, I just learned that I can use regular polyester felt, not just expensive wool. It's amazing how much misinformation I was being given at my past dealer. And I have a bunch of projects in the hopper, so I hope to get it out again for winter sewing. The cookie cutter idea is a new one! I hadn't heard of that type of technique with these. My fave is the bottom pic - the one done with the yarn squiggles. I made a pillow and really fell in love with it. There is a you tube video with her and Nancy Zieman.
