Date: 9/14/12 11:40 PM okay, I have a viking sapphire quilters edition, and for some reason, I have THE hardest time getting the tensions right.
I know the thread is SUPPOSED to have automatic thread tension, but it sooo does not happen for me. at all.
its always too tight or too lose or TOO something.
help please. |

Date: 9/15/12 8:27 AM Calendria-I don't know the age of your machine, but there was a time period during which the Sapphires had major issues with tension. I actually returned mine at a loss after my dealer did not fix it to my satisfaction. Automatic is always relative, as selecting the fabric weight etc. doesn't determine everything. Hopefully you can find a solution. ------ wino |
