Hello!

I am hoping someone can advise me. I pulled my elna out tonight to sew some diapers. I got most of my project done before I tried changing out the walking foot. I pushed the little red button and the standard foot released as expected. Next I attempted to put a different foot on. I made sure it was lined up, dropped the lever, then lifted the lever. It lifted but the foot stayed. Tried re-installing the regular foot to the same result. It seems like such a silly problem to have but I am stumped. My manual was no help.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Otherwise I will try to get it into the dealer later this week.

Thanks

I would delete this thread if i could figure out how.

Doncha just hate it when that sleep deprivation stupidity kicks in??

I hate it when my brain makes me go to bed.... I always have a few more things I'd rather be doing than wasting time on sleep!

Glad you got 'er figgered out.

No need to delete. Human interest stories are the best - we read and think to ourselves; been there, done that!

My favorite solution is to "sleep on it". But then I am always in favor of a power nap!
