Date: 9/24/12 9:09 PM I've been checking SewBaby to see if they have the latest My Image magazine (Autumn/Winter 2012/2013) but they don't appear to have it.
I have tried to buy it online directly from the website but it keeps defaulting to PayPal and I want to use my credit card.
There was a thread on this latest edition but for the life of me I can't find it. Does anyone know where else I can purchase this?
Thanks! |

When I tried to buy it from the My Image website, it gave me the option of credit card or PayPal. I chose credit card, but upon checkout it had defaulted to PayPal. I had nowhere to input my credit card info.
Ah, well, my money was spent elsewhere this month.
I'll try again in October, and send them an email if it does it again. |

Date: 9/27/12 1:49 AM Hi ChristineX,
This store has it:
Nature's Fabrics: MyImage Winter 2012
There's a paypal button looming, but you can also pay by credit card.
Sewingpatterns.eu also has it but their shipping to the US is really high. |

Hi Christine,
Credit card payments go through the PayPal engine without the need of a PayPal account. You can fill in your details and pay directly by credit card. Hundreds of US customers paid this way without any problems. Just choose "credit card" and follow the steps.
Of course, you can also pay by PayPal.
I hope this helps.
If you have more questions, please PM or mail us. Thanks!

Date: 10/5/12 10:20 AM I don't know why, but when I choose credit card and check out, it states that I am paying by PayPal, with no place to put my credit card info.

Am I supposed to put my info in the optional message box? I have never had this issue before with any other website. I have tried both Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers with the same problem.
ETA: I'll just have to email the company later and do the transaction in some other way.
Why no PayPal for me: I used them for eBay a number of times several years ago, but for some reason they never actually took the money out of my bank. I emailed them repeatedly and talked to 2 humans there and they seemed convinced that PayPal HAD received my money. I became unnerved as I essentially ended up getting over $100 worth of stuff free. I closed my account with them and am still waiting for their accounting to figure out that that stuff was never paid for lol -- Edited on 10/5/12 10:22 AM -- |
