Comparing my measurements to chart, I am a "W" going up to a "CC" and wonder if I would increase it at least 2 sizes and add seam allowance as I don't like too tight tops. Thank you.

I do not like tight fits (too much fluff) either. If your fabric has nice stretch you will hopefully be OK!
