UK sewing: BBC expose of 'Rogue Trader' One to beware of

I can't access the video, but thanks for including the text version. I can't imagine why anyone would treat customers that way and expect to stay in business. Side note -- a good thing -- I just love Kirstie Allsopp. Here's an article I just found about her. I've posted a quote from her (from the article) afterwards.
