Used Babylock CS

I asked how old it was and they said they didn't know.. I will want an age before I buy it. It's supposed to be slightly used, traded in for an Evolution. Just curious what a good used price is! ------ Megan

Babylock should be able to tell you based on the serial number. Unless I had a relationship with the dealer and felt comfortable with the information they provided in general, I would copy the number down myself and contact Babylock directly. There's so much game playing in the sewing machine/serger sales, and I'd want to know the date of manufacture for sure. This sounds like the first version of their CS, and that's what I have. I like it. But just so you know, there's a newer CS2 out that has better lighting and (less importantly) a slightly lighter color housing. It's a great machine, though, and you'll probably really enjoy having it!

With a plan for three years (which extends the warranty to 3 years) it was half of what a new one with the plan would've been. I'm excited!
