Fleece Baby Jacket looking to make a jacket for my goddaughter

Does anyone have suggestions on a pattern to start with or for drafting my own? I have a fair amount of pattern drafting experience and almost never use a pattern as is so I'm very comfortable altering...I guess my concern is getting the size right. She will probably be wearing RTW 9-12months by winter. All of my size experience is with older kids! This is my first baby to sew for and I'm so excited - just want to make it fit well.

More online too if you just Google "free baby jacket sewing patterns." Be careful, once you sew for kiddies, you can't stop, with so many cute fabrics out now.
