Seen anything like this? Long shot fabric & pattern hunt

I saw it in the window of a very ordinary looking shop- I waltzed in intending to buy it and couldn't believe the price tag! So, of course thinking "I can make one instead" has anyone, by any chance, see any fabric, or a pattern, like this please? I'm not holding out too much hope but thanks for looking!
