Date: 10/9/12 2:19 PM My Pattern File has decided that I am on a trial period and has been counting down over the last few days.
I have contacted support on both of the last two days and have had no reply.
I have looked through my emails from the date when I purchased the software but it just says go to the site and log in from the link.
Any ideas? ------ Clare

If not, contact sales. They will hopefully be more responsive than support. ------ Taking in is happier than letting out.

Date: 10/9/12 8:00 PM Clareew, I seem to recall something similar happening to me. If I am remembering correctly I went through the motions of 'buying' or registering the software again (can't remember the specific steps, sorry) and then typed in my original license key. This was the license key that was sent to me by email when I first registered the software - 16 digit alpha/numeric. HTH

Date: 10/10/12 3:54 AM Jenlee, I have searched my emails and cannot find the licence key anywhere. I have the one saying I am now a fully paid member but can't find the key.
I will search further but I was hoping to have a reply from them before now. ------ Clare

Date: 10/12/12 8:36 PM Claire, have you had any success sorting this one out? I checked and my license key came in a email headed "PatternFile Registration Complete" with the note to "keep this in a safe place in case your need to re-register in the future". I have learned the hard way to always print out these registration codes and keep them.
I logged on and checked my profile but could not find the license key anywhere within the program. In the past the developer has been very responsive but I notice recently the site appears to be unmonitored! AWOL!
