Date: 10/11/12 0:04 AM I bought my new Husqvarna Viking Designer Topaz 20 from the dealer in Joann's two days ago. I'm all set up to take the free classes, but I've been doing some light sewing/quilting in the meantime. While I was doing some free motion quilting my machine jammed pretty bad. It was very hard to get the string/fabric out of the jam by the bobbin. My feed dogs were down for the free motion stitching, and now they will not go up. I've taken the machine apart and I can not figure it out. I didn't want to call Joann's and take it in if it was an easy fix. Please help! |
