Date: 10/17/12 9:30 AM Dear everyone,
I am checking to see if other people have experienced any problems with delivery of patterns from the above website. I ordered on 30th September and received an order confirmation. Money was taken from my account. After two weeks I emailed them to see what the status of the order was, and received a one line email "We'll check". I've heard nothing else. I have been emailing daily and also tried calling the number on the receipt, but it has an odd message saying that it isn't a registered number.
Does anyone have any advice. I ordered from UK.

Date: 10/17/12 11:16 AM I ordered 2 patterns from them a few weeks ago. I received them--maybe not in a timely manner, as I would from Amazon, but I could wait, so it was no big deal. I didn't need to contact them--but your problem sounds like a big deal. Nice to know ahead of time, tho I am sorry it happened to you. |

Date: 10/18/12 6:31 AM I've ordered from them a number of times (from South Africa) and only once waited longer than expected for international mail (and then the problem was with the local customs and excise). In general I can recommend them. |

Date: 10/18/12 10:35 AM The only time I ordered from them wasn't a happy experience. The pattern was never sent, they responded to no emails and only refunded the cost when I said that I would be filing a complaint. Still no email. Other people may have success with them but they are permanently off my list. ------

Date: 10/18/12 10:46 AM I've ordered several non-downloadable patterns from them; only one wasn't in stock and they let me know about two weeks later. Come to find out, it was OOP. I've been pretty happy with them. ------
