Date: 10/22/12 2:53 PM Looked at a Lady Kenmore 89 today and the pattern stitch dial won't change stitches. The machine is stuck at straight stitch. I looked inside and nothing moves when you turn the stitch selection dial. There doesn't seem to be any broken gears or cams. How can you unfreeze the cams without damage? ------ Lalaland |

Date: 10/22/12 3:19 PM you should be able to. If it is reasonable you could get some info from a sewing machine dealer in what they use to unseize machines.
hope this helps ------ Galatians 5:22-23 The Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, and self-control. There is no law against such things as these |

Date: 10/22/12 4:10 PM A sewing machine fellow told me to oil everything that can be oiled on a stuck machine.
I agree, I believe things like that can be unstuck. Good luck. ------ I try all things. I achieve what I can. "Moby Dick"
