Can't log in to my account w/correct password & email Rest of PR accessible

I got a time out message. I tried to purchase again and access my account to check. Neither worked. Other PR pages opened just fine and I moved around the site. Then I found a screen that said my order was complete. However, still cannot open my account. And also, I want just 1 pattern. Concerned the 2nd attempt will appear as an order and I don't want it. Obviously need access to my account. Please help. Thanks. ------ Sometimes she didn't always follow the recipe. Pfonzie- my honey Pfaff Creative Performance, Bernina 930 and 830, Evolution serger.

The Kwik Sew Pattern, just 1 is there and listed as processing. Fingers crossed the second attempt misfired and all is now well. ------ Sometimes she didn't always follow the recipe.
