Inappropriate Posts Showing Up in Google Reader?

As I was scrolling through Google reader I got quite a surprise. There are tons of pornographic posts showing up from a blog I most certainly have never visited and absolutely have not followed! When I look through the list of blogs I have followed the offending blog is not showing up, it's just showing up in my news feed. I logged out and back in to no avail, and also changed my password, but it is still showing up. I don't want to click on it to do any more investigating though. Is anyone else having this problem? I don't know if someone has gotten into my Google reader, or if it a legitimate sewing blog that I follow has been hacked and is sending this stuff to the Google reader. Is anyone else having this problem? I don't want this showing up in my feed when I'm just trying to read sewing posts! ------ http://talesofawannabeseamstress.blogspot.com/

Date: 10/29/12 4:43 PM I would highlight the blog list one by one and see which one it is. There are some bloggers who have moved to blogspot, or wordpress and their blog name remains open. One day the blog name is officially available to whoever wants it and the new party starts posting. This is one possibility. If it is, you can just delete it from your blog roll. Date: 10/29/12 4:45 PM The strange thing is that it is showing in my feed, but it is not on the list of blogs that I follow. The name of the blog is also one with a pornographic title. Is it possible that someone hacked someone's blog and changed the title? I don't want to click the link to see what the URL is. :] ------ http://talesofawannabeseamstress.blogspot.com/
