fabric buying in Hong Kong any suggestions?

I'll definitely be chasing pure cotton, silk/cotton, lightweight wool(if it's available), and possibly silk if it is utterly glorious (not so sure if I actually like sewing it after recent experiences). Definitely no man-made. DDH doesn't want to go over to the Chinese mainland (not a keen shopper!), and we'll be staying in Kowloon, but going to many of the usual tourist places.
