Bernina 750qe vs 820 Which is best?

I see there is a thread on the 780 vs 830 but as embroidery module does not appeal to me I'm really interested in the 820 (have Ben ever since it came out) ane now the 750qe. Does anyone have any thoughts on which is the better model of the two?

The 7 series sew like a luxury car, just smooth, silent, bigger bobbin capacity but much easier to thread and use than the 8 series. The BSR is smoother, too, and better stitch quality on the 750QE, IMO.

The 820 has a huge bed 12". The 820 also has auto bobbin thing (which I dont really like) very personal. You have to try them out not once but several times. Also make sure they are being tested on the same or similar tables. If no embroidery, why not check out the 710 and then the 820 options. Neither will do embroidery. Not sure of the price of the 710. It is a little smaller than the 820. What is your budget? That is the big question. Often it is budget then features. Not always, though. ------ Quilting is relaxing to me. I love to play with fabrics, patterns and colors. The 820 is loved by many and Bernina website has comparison charts that list the features of each but you will have to test both machines to determine which is best for your sewing needs. I did a comparison with the 820 against a 5.5mm 630 because I wanted to know what sewing with 9mm felt like and if I would like it.... It was a very round about way to get the feel of 9mm stitching before the 7's hit the market as I would have not put 9mm sewing at the top of my sewing priority.... I was a little wary even after testing because I did not bond with the 820 at all. But for me when I finally got to sew on a 780, I wanted to sing at the top of my lungs.
