Elna Iron Anybody have one?

Once I started to do that I did find that my items looked much nicer. On Craigslist there is an Elna Iron press for sale (Elna Iron) and I was thinking that maybe I should invest in something like this. But, I have no idea if this is a good way to press items or if it is a good press for one. So, I was just wondering if anybody else has one of these. And, if so, what is their opinion of it.

The only thing I use it for is fusible interfacing, and I love it for that! ------ My grandmother taught me to sew when I was 10, and I've been sewing ever since.

Not good at all for "pressing as you sew" but for $80, I would snap it up to keep as a backup press. Plug it in at the seller's location, give it 5 - 10 minutes to heat up (they're a bit slow to reach the cotton/linen setting), to make sure it works. In fact, that one looks almost identical to mine. The vap-o-spray thing is a joke. I use a hand-held spray bottle to mist my fabric. -- Edited on 12/5/12 8:33 AM --
