free mitten pattern for toddlers? Does anyone have a favorite?

We're heading to upstate new york for a week (from southern california) and my 15 month old son needs something for his hands. Thanks! (and actually I might too--we put a whole lot of stuff in storage for trying to sell our condo and I may have packed my winter gear... oops.)

I just finished making a pair for my 13 month old. They go together easily, stay put, and my daughter doesn't seem to be as bothered by them as she was by the store-bought pair she kept pulling off with her teeth!
