NZ-Auckland - want a meet up in March?

I am visiting my niece in Auckland, NZ, in March(2013). I would love to meet up with other sewers/sewists. Would anyone be interested? My lovely OZie friend Val (valeriesownsewingblog.blogspot.com) is planning to be there too. Please let me know if there is any chance of a meet up and where - I don't want to presume on my niece TOO much !!!!!! so I'm not offering her home - yet!!!!! Sheila (sewcushions.blogspot.be)

I'm in Auckland for almost all of March - my sewing sister (same birth parents - in-joke, but will explain if you are mildly interested) will also be there. I'm sure that Auckland sewers could fit in another getogether for you. I know that if anyone (sewer, that is) was visiting Brussels, I would drop everything, with no hesitation at all, to meet up. We sewers are considerate like that! Obsessive,perhaps, but when did that become a bad thing?

Should be there from 5 March until 25 March and would love love to have a meet-up or two or three ..... In fact, I am certain that my sanity would require it!!! So looking forward to my holiday - if iIcan bring anything over from Europe, please let me know
