Esante Ese and Windows 8!! any suggestions on what I need to download designs

Now I have lots of computer but no good way to use Palette that was purchased with my machine. I tried a USB com port but no luck. So, what do I need to purchase to be able to download to cards. I have design software, just need a way to get that design onto the card! ------ Nancy

If your Palette is the "transfer system" which means it is only a card transfer reader and not the full digitizing software, you want to look for the Palette PTS with Windows 7 listed. Click on that and follow the instructions. If it is a full digitizing program, look for your appropriate version and download that one. Sorry if that is the case..I don't know if there is a way to find a connector converter thing..but there might be.

I found an adapter (USB to Com) that says it works with Windows 8, but that doesn't mean the palette box will work even then. I guess I am looking for a new box. I haven't found one that says it works with 8 yet, does anyone know of one? ------ Nancy

I am having the same problem and I tried to update from the babylock site with no such luck. I am praying I am not going to have to purchase new software since mine is so outdated.
