Vocab ?: What's a Castle Dart?

The Guidelines booklet refers several times to a 'castle dart.' From the context, it seems to be similar to, or used instead of, a vertical fisheye dart. I have googled 'castle dart,' and have come up blank. Does anyone know what this is?

Let us know when you find out!
