Working on some novelty boxers for a Christmas gift, I found two tiny holes in the fabric - right in the front of the boxers. The fabric is printed kona cotton from Spoonflower. The design is dark grey, but the reverse side is white-ish, and the white makes the holes more noticeable.

Any suggestions?

You can either mend the holes by stitching across them with black thread, or my all time favorite is to fuse a piece of fusible interfacing to the wrong side, then make tiny stitches to close the hole in the front.

I like the fusible interfacing route, that way the edges are more or less sealed. A knit fusible is soft and will give some stretch....

Miss Fairchild's trick with lightweight fusible which is then stitched over works very, very well. I even use that to mend the knees on busted-out jeans.

Start all over with another fabric. Or if you have coordinating fabric use that for the front.
