Ironing Twill Problem with ironing twill

When I iron this fabric occasionally it creates a few shiny streaks in the cloth. I have tried with steam and without. I have tried different settings on the iron. Nothing seems to change this problem. I tried ironing on the wrong side of the fabric but when the streaks appear, they appear on both sides. Help! How can I flatten this fabric without creating the shiny streaks.
