Date: 12/26/12 7:10 PM My old sewing machine is not fixable and will upgrade. So, not looked at machines for years. Do not want a computer driven machine. Sewing clothes from silks to light leather and everything in between. Have internet burn-out. Anyone have a Yuki HZL 35 Z? Looks ideal and was told that Bernina makes Yuki. My first choice however is a Bernina. Many Thanks to Those that Respond and Happy New Year. Bridee |

Date: 12/26/12 8:33 PM Bernina and Juki are independent. However, Bernina does not manufacture sergers-- instead it contracts out to Juki.
One person has reviewed the HZL35. I believe, however, that the HZL-F300/F400/f600 electronic zigzag and the TL98/TL2010 straight stitcher have attracted a lot of favorable attention recently. -- Edited on 12/26/12 8:35 PM -- |
