Date: 12/27/12 10:13 PM The pattern doesn't include seam allowances but they state to draft two pieces in my own, just rects. Do these need seam allowances added to them as well? They give measurements but don't say if its including seams. |

 1 member likes this. Date: 12/28/12 5:12 PM Actually I don't agree. Sometimes the self-drafted pieces are the size you cut, the seam allowances are included. You have to read it carefully. The clue is usually in a phrase such as "finished width" followed by a measurement. You can usually tell from the finished width if the measurements they have given included seam allowances or not. |
