BurdaStyle magazine pattern?

Do these need seam allowances added to them as well? They give measurements but don't say if its including seams.

Sometimes the self-drafted pieces are the size you cut, the seam allowances are included. You have to read it carefully. The clue is usually in a phrase such as "finished width" followed by a measurement. You can usually tell from the finished width if the measurements they have given included seam allowances or not.
