How do I add to my blog?

I would like to add a list of the bloggers I "follow" on the side of my blog. Could someone with some tech knowledge help me in very basic terms?? Go into your blog dashboard, then select your blog, then click Layout. Depending on your template, there will be several "Add a Gadget" buttons. Click one on the side - that's where the gadget will be added. A list pops up. Scroll down until you see "Blog List" and click the plus sign to the right. You can configure whether you want to show all the blogs you follow, or whether you want to add a list of blogs. Give it a try. It's pretty easy to do. ------ http://communingwithfabric.blogspot.com/

After I clicked on the + to add it as a gadget, it wanted a URL. What do I add there? Each individual blog I follow? Thanks for the help. I truely appreciate it!! I have friends that have commented and they don't show up? Someone mentioned that I need to "approve" the comments, however there are no comments to approve? Date: 12/30/12 12:12 PM I found you this youtube video on the subject of blogrolls but cannot vouch for it. My internet was not feeling the love enough to let me see it. Hope it helps! Another cool widget is linkwithin.com which shows three or more thumbnail image links to other posts in your blog. Date: 12/30/12 2:29 PM On your Dashboard you will see 3 boxes. Click on the down arrow of the center one. Select Settings. From the list on the left click on Posts and Comments. Make certain Never have moderation is marked. No to word verification also should be marked as this is annoying to people who want to keep their eyesight. It seems as if there used to be a question about comments being published which I don't see, but I think if you have the settings I mentioned in the previous paragraph, they should be published. ------ I have not yet begun to procrastinate
