Date: 1/1/13 11:00 PM I've only ever sewn Kwik-Sew patterns from Kristin's books. I'm wanting to order some of the individual patterns, but I'm wondering - so long as I'm ordering older patterns, not the very recent, new ones, I'm still going to be getting the excellent pattern instructions that KS is known for, right? I'd heard that their newer patterns were not as well-done, in terms of the flimsier tissue versus the heavier paper, and also the instructions; but I'm assuming I'm still okay with older patterns from their site? |

Date: 1/2/13 1:30 AM I can't say absolutely, but I purchased one of the older designs today, and it was on the heavier paper with the great instructions.
It may well depend on what the pattern turnover is like at your store and the popularity of the pattern.
I would guess if they choose to reprint more copies of an older pattern, they will be reprinting on tissue - can't imagine they would mess with the instructions though?? ------ Wendy
