I've just ordered a Bernina 380 for classes & travel, and I'm thrilled because it uses the same feet I've already invested in.

While I wait for it to arrive, I want to order a Tutto case for it, but I don't know what size it'll need. There are no dimensions listed for it anywhere. (weird, right?)

Does anyone have a Tutto for their Bernina 3xx that can tell me what size I need to order? That would be the "easy" button on this dilemma.

Thanks,
Monica in Northern Virginia

I use a large for this machine, the same size I used for my 440. I think it would fit in the medium, but for classes I appreciate the extra room on the sides for fabric and some other items. And I am using it for the 230 which has the Barbie case snaped on the back. These machines look a bit different but the size is the same.

I have the Large size Tutto for my Berninas, including my 350PE. The tie-down straps keep it from bouncing around in there. The large size tote give me room for fabrics, notions, etc. in there with the machine.

I just bought a 380 for classes and travel too. I don't have a Tutto for it but the rolling tote made by Brewer. It's the same one that came with the 380 when it was first introduced except mine is teal. It's a pretty snug fit and I'm sure you would have more room in the Tutto.

I never heard of the Brewer bags, but it looks promising too.

I'm slightly interested in getting a bag size that I could carry on an airline, and the Brewer would do it as would the Tutto medium. I just don't know how realistic it is to expect that I'll want to fly to an ASG conference or whatever with my machine.

Thanks for the info

The description for the Brewer tote does state that it meets the acceptable dimensions for most airlines. I like mine because it is very portable and easy to get in and out of my SUV. I also love the color. I owned a large Tutto rolling tote once for one of my regular size Berninas. It tended to run into the back of my heels as I pulled it along.

I see Brewer's site on-line, but they are wholesalers. Who are their resellers?

Thanks,
Monica
