I have seen more than a few posts from people interested in learning about embroidery. Some asking about machines and others about supplies, software or classes.
I just got an email from Nancy Zieman today (she hosts Sewing with Nancy on PBS) with a links to her online classes.
Embroidery in 6 Easy Lessons

so I thought I would share it with you.

This has already been aired on PBS.

The site has many video tutorials for machine embroidery, serging and sewing.

Nice videos!

... and after watching those, I wandered off to watch the serger boutique ones, too....

On my radar someday: Babylock Serger, and some machine for travel.

My dearest wish is to have Bernina come out with a machine that doesn't give me a reason to *not* buy it.

Thank you so much. Our PBS station keeps repeating the same shows and this grouping has not been included.

(Perhaps the local sponsors have input as to which shows are aired; or, how many episodes they will sponsor.)

Thanks so much. Even if this specific series is on our public tv station, it's on at 6am or noon, so I wouldn't catch it. It's nice to be able to watch at my convenience.

Thank you! I've learned new things about placement just in the first lesson

BTW, there's a floor lamp behind Eileen (in the beginning when they're sitting at the machines) that I have in my living room! It's an Ott light. and I love having it there for hand work while watching TV.
