Pattern for this blouse? Patterns and Fitting

Blouse on Lafayette 148 It has dolman sleeves, is made from silk charmeuse and lined with polyester. Can anyone recall a pattern for a similar woven blouse? I am also wondering about the lining and how they might have done it with the dolman sleeves. Any thoughts? Would underlining it be a better choice?

If you have the fabric with all that drama, I think a kimono sleeve Sorbetto would work. I started to make one, but never got any farther than drafting the pattern (other priorities cropped up, but I'll get back to it eventually). First start w/ the Sorbetto (FREE! Easy pattern). You will also need the Sorbetto Sleeve Pattern from Sew Weekly. Then use them for this tutorial on creating a kimono sleeve Tee! Of course, if you already have a great woven tee pattern, you can use it with the kimono sleeve tutorial instead. As for the lining, this blogger did exactly what I mentioned (sorbetto, w/ kimono sleeves) and underlined, since hers was lace. She also used french seams.

Looks like it's made from satin silk and is cut on the bias, which would mean adding 1-1.5 inches to the side. The tutorial that was previously mentioned would work great as long as you add enough for the bias and for conversion from a knit to a woven. Looks like time for a muslin.
