Can anyone look at the attached picture and tell me how to correct the wrinkling in this set-in sleeve?

I think your sleeve cap is WAY too short. Unpick the seam between the notches, or even an inch or so below that and let the cap fall until the wrinkles disappear. You'll then need to add that much to the top of the sleeve pattern piece.

Thanks for the tip ... I re-worked the sleeve pattern and adding to the cap seemed to help a bit, although the new sleeve still wrinkles a bit ...

An other point ,that I see is that the angle of your shoulder is different from the angle of the shoulders in the bodice. Yours seem more sloping than those in the bodice. See if thinhs get better when you add shoulderpads or when you adapt the shoulderline in the bodice
