So this blogger had about 3-4 years of Burdastyle magazines and decided in 2012 to make up different patterns but all from the same month of issue.

To be clear: she would make something from all the January issues she had in January (1/09, 1/10, 1/11 etc.) and not the classic Burda Challenge.

Anyone familiar with that blog?

No, I read them regularly and that's not it.

What a great idea! If I were to do the same, I'd fail miserably i.e. in those months where I have almost ten issues ...

I wondered why I suddenly had a load of extra hits on my blog today!

Unfortunately, I failed miserably with my Burda challenge - got too far behind and then just lost interest in trying to catch up. At least I got to make a few things that might never had got sewn if I hadn't attempted the challenge.
