LOVE mine!
It's the most fully-featured 5.5mm stitch width (CB hook) machine Bernina ever made, if I'm not mistaken. None of the current models with 5.5mm stitch width are capable of machine embroidery.
I got mine used and I'm SO GLAD I've got one. Just a dream to sew on. Powerful, precise, smooth, and easy. Intuitive to learn. ------ 🌸 Plenty of machines, mostly Berninas 🌸 |

Date: 1/22/13 1:00 PM There's one on SewItsForSale right now. Too bad you missed one recently sold by a longtime PR member. I got mine on PR, so my only worry was the shipping gremlins, but mine arrived in perfect condition.
I think $2500 used and about $3400 new with warranty (without embroidery) are the average of prices I'm seeing now.
Good luck, I hope you end up with one, they're fabulous! ------ 🌸 Plenty of machines, mostly Berninas 🌸 |

Hubby got me one for Christmas...630E gently used (less than a month, I got a new machine warranty) with rolling carrier case for $3,000.00. I am currently taking classes on it, used it to make a bed runner quilt, which turned out beautifully. I take my embroidery class on Monday. |

Date: 1/26/13 6:08 PM I would like to know the answer to that question, too. I didn't find anything on the Bernina website, and I didn't find any you tubes on the 630, either. |

Date: 1/27/13 4:55 PM I purchased a 'New in the Box' Bernina 635 on eBay from a pawn shop. I got a great deal at $1800 (no embroidery). I am enjoying the machine and using the manual, but I am sure the machine does so much more than I have experienced so far. |
